Company Culture Goes Beyond Employee Perks
Company Culture Keynote Speaker
Eric Termuende is a workplace and company culture expert and keynote speaker having worked with and spoken with companies all over the world. His message goes deeper than addressing generational gaps and increasing employee perks; it is about building communities that thrive from the front line to the CEO’s office.
A Better Understanding of the Employee Experience
Before he was a keynote speaker, Eric built a tool that was designed to quantify the employee experience and understand workplace culture. Through this research, Eric has surveyed thousands of people, interviewed hundreds, and worked across North America to better understand what it is that makes people enjoy their workplace.
There is No “Best Company Culture”
Through his research, Eric has found that there is no ‘best’ culture, and that the generational differences we’ve been blindly believing just aren’t as true as we might think. It turns out that age doesn’t determine what we value and that we must focus on our teams if we want to optimize our culture.
He’s also discovered that while mission, vision, and values live at the organizational level, culture and employee experience lives at the team level. Until we start to attract and retain talent, and optimize culture at the team level, many of our efforts are nearly wasted.
A Journey to a Better Workplace
Eric is a keynote speaker who takes his guests on a journey through the modern working world and provides concrete and specific examples that help us optimize our culture, and truly create a great place to work for everyone in the organization.
